The Vienna Zoo Run is organized by PH Austria and the Lungkids in cooperation with the Schönbrunn Zoo since 2012.

Running away from the grim reaper… … is the motto of our annual costume run in the Vienna Prater. It is 6 kilometers that have to be covered in order to jointly advance the research on Pulmonary Hypertension!

World PH Day

Dear member, dear sponsors, On World Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) Day on May 5th, PH Austria – Lung Hypertension Initiative is launching the attention-grabbing online campaign “Blue Lips” to bring this important topic to the attention of the public and to support those affected by the incurable disease! Why blue lips?

Milestones

The “Milestones” project has been with PH Austria and the Lungenkinder Forschungsverein for many years and is a matter close to the heart of all those involved. The idea for the milestones arose three years after Gerald “Gerry” Fischer took over the management of the patient service for pulmonary hypertension.
